The HAT808Platform offers an online venue that enables users who search for, book, or use services are “Guests.” We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payments Terms, which govern any payment services provided to Members by the HAT808payment entities (collectively "HAT808Payments").

1. OUR SERVICES
Hawaiian Aloha Treasures 808 (hereafter referred to as “Hat808”) provides cultural experiences away from the overcrowded tourist ones where you will interact with the locals and get a taste of the Aloha Spirit. We offer array of Retreats and Cultural Experiences come in guided or unguided packages broken down into 3 days, 5 days and 7 days combinations of activities that include but are not limited to: Papale Coconut Hat Making, Cooking Lessons, Hiking, Climbing, Walking, Bicycling on trails/roads, River Kayaking, Sea-Kayaking, Canoeing; Swimming, Snorkeling, Surfing, Horseback Riding, Bonfires, Coconut Husking, Lei Po’o, Ti Leaf Lei Making, Photography, and so much more.
Based on the Cultural Experience Package you choose, room accommodations and select meals may also be included at no additional cost. A vehicle may be available for rental with prior approval or you may chose to rent one on your own.
2. RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made online after completing and submitting our online registration form along with our required non-refundable deposit in order to lock in the dates for your trip.
3. PAYMENTS
Payment(s) can be made by check, credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. If paying by check, please allow adequate time for your check to be received and funds to clear bank deposit.
Remaining balance(s) are due sixty (60) days before trip departure. If final payments are not received prior to departure, HAT808 reserves the right to cancel and fill your reservation(s).
4. TRIP ADJUSTMENTS/MODIFICATIONS
HAT808, trip leader(s), teacher(s) and/or partner(s) reserves the right to make changes to but not limited to, schedules, itineraries, reservation(s), due to weather, safety, emergencies, events, etc. upon the discretion of HAT808 personnel.
In case HAT808 cancels, any or all scheduled activities, we will offer a full transfer to another HAT808 activity of equal or lesser value, or a full refund of your scheduled reservation. HAT808 is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your reservation, you must notify a HAT808 representative via e-mail
